Tonight in an announcement filled with bittersweet emotion, Captain Mike informed the crowd of the dissolution of the Flamethrowers Blues Band.
"I want to thank all my friends for your support over the last 6 years. I am returning to New Orleans to re-unite with my old bandmates from "Thunderhead" to plan a reunion, and to do recording with some New Orleans musicians. With the Flamethrowers, I have made many new friends and hope that I put a smile on your face and brought some great memories back for you through our music." ~Captain Mike. |
